Opportunity The Senior Finance Analyst is a key business partner to operations, responsible for providing financial insight, and support to drive growth, efficiency, and accountability across the state, reporting to the Senior Director of State Operations in California. This leader will play an integral role in understanding and communicating the “story behind the numbers” — ensuring financial data translates into actionable insights for operational decision-making. The Director will oversee key financial processes, including variance analysis, ROI evaluation on marketing and growth initiatives, reimbursement tracking, denial management, contractual oversight, revenue cycle management monitoring, NDA (non-discretionary allowance) reporting, RFP (request for proposal) compilation, among other responsibilities.
