Remote Senior F&B Sanitation Controller - USPH/HACCP Lead

Silversea Cruises seeks a Senior FB Sanitation Controller to govern sanitation, hygiene, and public health compliance across all shipboard F&B production and service areas. You will lead the Galley Stewarding and Utility teams and partner with the Executive Chef to uphold regulatory and operational standards.

Required are shipboard experience with minimum 3 years in a similar role, strong USPH/VSP and HACCP knowledge, and relevant certifications.
