Vacancy Description
Position Responsibilities:
+ Daily administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations
+ Partner with product owners and other cross functional teams to align with the business needs
+ Develop and create reports and dashboards for Directors and end users
+ Create and maintain documentation on processes and policies
+ Log and track identified system problems through resolution
+ Passionate about solving hard problems using data-driven solutions
+ Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline and 1 to 2 years of related IT experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 plus years of specific experience
