Remote RN Case Manager - Oncology & Care Coordination

CVS Health is seeking a Remote RN Case Manager to support telephonic care for fully and/or self-insured clients across the United States.

You will apply clinical guidelines, develop care plans, assess needs, and coordinate benefits with the care team. The role requires 5+ years as a Registered Nurse, hospital experience, and a multistate license or NLC eligibility. Oncology experience is preferred; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.
