Remote RevOps Architect – Forecasting, Compensation & Growth

PostHog is seeking a RevOps professional in Dubai to own revenue operations end-to-end, including compensation design, forecasting, and growth reviews. You will design, model, and maintain compensation plans and quotas to align with revenue goals.

Responsibilities include building monitoring systems for deal slippage and forecast accuracy, maintaining pipeline hygiene, and developing a metrics layer for activation and attribution within a sales-led motion.
