Remote Recruiting Specialist

This is a remote position. We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist who can take ownership of the entire hiring process—from sourcing and screening to guiding candidates through the final stages. This role requires a mix of strong recruiting expertise, AI fluency, data-driven decision-making, and technical understanding to support diverse hiring needs. You will work closely with hiring managers across multiple time zones and contribute to broader initiatives beyond recruitment. Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
