About the role
You'll own end-to-end recruitment for India-based technical requirements — sourcing, screening, submission, and offer coordination for contract and full-time roles across our client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal database for technical roles like Java, Python, DevOps, QA/Automation, Data Engineering, and Cloud roles
- Conduct structured screening calls (20-min format, question-bank driven) and coordinate technical assessments (WeCP or similar platforms)
