Remote Payroll Accountant I - LAC Region

Compassion International, Inc. is seeking a Payroll Accountant I to support payroll functions across the Latin America and Caribbean region. The specialist will gather and verify payroll data, ensure compliance with local regulations and answer employee inquiries regarding pay and timekeeping.

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and be proficient in both English and Spanish. This role may be remote or hybrid with up to 15% travel required.
