Remote Payments Disbursement Analytics Engineer

Félix is seeking a Disbursement Analyst to guard disbursement efficiency across data-driven processes. You will partner with Disbursements, Operations and Product teams to keep transactions fast, cost-effective, and flawless, and dive into datasets to explain why a transaction was held up and how routing issues can be fixed.

The role requires 5+ years in analytics with fintech exposure, strong SQL and BI tool experience, and excellent English. Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
