Remote Partnerships Counsel for SaaS & Compliance

Remote is seeking a partnerships attorney to strategize, draft, and negotiate complex agreements, including embedded services, reseller and referral programs. You will work with Partnerships, Sales, Finance and cross‑functional teams to structure and review deals.

The role requires experience with enterprise SaaS contracts, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and solid knowledge of data protection laws (GDPR).
