Remote Part-Time Bookkeeper & Customer Success Pro

Scale Up Recruiting Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Success Manager to bridge prospects and product in a fast-growing Fintech SaaS environment. You will lead Zoom demos for trial users, understand customer needs, and guide them toward a purchase decision while supporting existing customers with setup and guidance.

The role combines sales, customer success, and product expertise in a fully remote, international setting with flexible hours (9–12 hours/week).
