FirstMate is looking for a results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative in Buenos Aires to grow our customer base by connecting with roofing contractors across the United States. This remote, full-time position offers a base salary of $18,000–$24,000 USD, plus an uncapped commission with on-target earnings around $32,000–$48,000 per year.

You will prospect via outbound calls and maintain a high call volume while ensuring every customer gains real value from our services. The role requires native English fluency and strong written communication skills.
