Remote Onboarding & Implementation Lead

PetDesk is looking for an Implementation Manager to facilitate the onboarding of new veterinary clinic customers through a consultative post-sales process. This is a 100% remote contract position, requiring fluency in English and a professional workspace.

You will lead the implementation process, gather customer requirements, and provide exceptional training to ensure effective use of PetDesk's software. Working across North America, you will play a key role in helping pet care providers thrive.
