Your focus will be on proactive problem-solving, increasing user satisfaction, and ensuring long-term retention. You'll be instrumental in guiding strategic discussions and identifying opportunities for customer growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support a portfolio of Mid-Market accounts
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews and strategic conversations
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing departments
• Drive adoption and long-term customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for renewal and expansion
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in customer success in a SaaS environment
