Remote Member Navigator – Healthcare & Social Services

The Functionary is seeking a Member Navigator to join its healthcare BPO team in a full-time remote role. This position is essential for improving health outcomes through social determinants of health interventions. You will be responsible for conducting screenings, educating members, and connecting them to support services.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in customer service or community health. Strong communication skills and proficiency with CRM systems are essential.
