Remote Market Manager, Central AR - Multi-Site Carwash

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Market Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for 4–8 express carwash locations in Mendoza, Argentina. The role includes coaching site managers, enforcing operational standards, and managing performance KPIs.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of leadership experience in the carwash or retail sector and must be able to travel between locations and work outdoors year-round.

The position offers flexibility in scheduling, including some weekends based on business needs.
