Remote Live Crypto Support Agent — Contract

Coinme is seeking a Contract Customer Support Associate to provide exceptional phone-based customer support. This position requires handling high-volume inbound calls, resolving cryptocurrency transaction issues, and building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in phone support, be fluent in English, and demonstrate strong multitasking skills. This is a fully remote position in Latin America, excluding Venezuela and Cuba.
