As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive the development of our platform by staying hands-on with code and helping shape our technical direction. You’ll collaborate closely with the CTO and CPO to translate business needs into impactful technical solutions, while promoting engineering excellence across a small but ambitious team.

• Architect, design, develop, and deploy features for our microservices-based platform

• Improve performance, security, and scalability using Java 11, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, AWS, Docker, GraphQL, and testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, Spring Boot Test

• Set clear technical direction and ensure clean, maintainable code through best practices
