Cloudbeds is hiring a Customer Support Manager for LATAM to lead a remote team of Customer Support Leads, coaching them to deliver exceptional hotelier support. Bring frontline hotel operations experience and a passion for coaching, with a strong ownership mindset to fix issues fast.
You will partner with Product, Engineering and CS leadership, own key metrics like CSAT and First Contact Resolution, and coach in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
