Remote IT Support Specialist – Tier 1/2 Helpdesk

Black Swan seeks a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. You will be the first line of defense for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring employees stay productive with the right tools and connectivity.

Responsibilities include end-user support, hardware deployment, account administration, basic network troubleshooting, incident tracking, and enforcing security standards across Windows 10/11 and macOS environments. Certifications are preferred.
