Remote HR Generalist – LatAm (Part-Time, 3 days/wk)

Enghouse Systems seeks a part-time Human Resources Generalist to support Spanish-speaking LATAM countries, focusing on Chile, Mexico and Colombia. This remote role is 3 days per week with potential to grow into full-time, reporting to the Director of Global HR in Canada.

Responsibilities include advising managers on regulatory requirements, managing the HRIS (BambooHR), payroll, benefits, recruitment support, and involvement in global HR programs.
