Remote Growth & Marketing Ops Leader

RouteGenie is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist who owns the execution layer of our marketing operations. You will drive paid acquisition, email automation, website optimization, and performance reporting, building scalable processes and reusable AI workflows.

This is a remote, full-time role with standard local business hours, reporting to the Marketing Director. You will work across ABM, webinars, and customer success partnerships, and develop landings pages, dashboards, and compelling
