Remote Growth Manager (UA & Paid Acquisition)

Ersilia is seeking a hands-on UA Manager who will be responsible for owning and scaling paid acquisition channels. You will work closely with leadership and launch rapid tests to determine optimal strategies for growth.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in user acquisition or performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and experience managing large budgets. This is a fully remote position based globally with flexibility in the CET region.
