Remote Global Tech Talent Partner

LatamCent is seeking a Talent Partner to lead recruitment efforts across various industries in a fully remote environment. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to interviewing them, while closely collaborating with U.S.-based hiring managers.

The ideal candidate should have more than 3 years of recruitment experience in technical roles, be fluent in English, and demonstrate flexibility in working hours to adapt to different time zones.
