This is a remote position. We are seeking a reliable Remote Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the virtual face and voice of our company. Working from home, you will manage incoming customer inquiries, and provide vital administrative support. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless service experience for our residential and commercial clients while keeping our field operations running efficiently. Requirements Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Problem Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for client issues, escalations, or emergency service requests. Data Management: Utilize Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) to maintain client records, update service logs, and track daily bookings.
