Remote Founder's Associate — Ops & Growth for Energy AI Startups

Pearl is seeking a Remote Founder's Associate to own the operational and personal back‑office stack across two high‑growth ventures. The role offers work from anywhere in LATAM with overlap to US business hours.

Day‑to‑day, you will coordinate suppliers and vendors, run full cycle recruitment, coordinate finances with CPAs, manage properties across states, and handle executive inbox and travel. Handover of domains within 30 days is a success metric.
