Remote Field Service Coordinator - Robotics Ops

Formic is seeking a Remote Service Coordinator to support daily Field Service operations for our fleet of robotic systems. You will manage service scheduling, triage inquiries, and route issues to the right Field Service Engineer or internal team, maintaining clarity in a fast-moving environment.

Strong organizational skills and excellent English are essential as you log calls, monitor site needs, adjust schedules in real time, and ensure timely communication across customers and technicians.
