• The analyst serves as a key advisor to leadership, providing data-driven recommendations that shape payer strategy and financial planning.
• Quantify payer issues and policies, monitor payer behavior, and provide analytic support during payer negotiations.
• The Senior Payer Strategy Analyst will conduct ad hoc analysis and modelling, including: proposals and counter-proposals during payor negotiations, modeling new payer rates, validating incoming rate changes from payers
