TalentPop is a fully remote team redefining customer service for e-commerce brands. As an e-commerce support associate, you will handle customer inquiries across email, chat, and phone, resolve issues from order tracking to returns, and maintain clear support records.

Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year in remote customer support, strong written and verbal communication, familiarity with Shopify or Gorgias, and a patient, empathetic approach.
