Remote E-commerce Success Specialist: Support & Growth

TalentPop App is seeking a remote Customer Support and Sales Specialist to own the customer experience from first contact through retention and expansion. This hybrid role combines problem solving with identifying commercial opportunities in SaaS/e‑commerce.

You will work from home and drive CSAT and revenue growth via upsells and cross-sells, becoming a product advocate to demonstrate ROI. Minimum 1+ year in a combined support/sales role preferred.
