Remote Design Architect — Luxury Hospitality Projects

Utopia Design is seeking a skilled and creative architect to join our design team focused on boutique hospitality assets. You will conduct design research, develop sketches and drawings across RIBA stages, and collaborate with interiors, CGI, MEP, and client representatives.

The role emphasizes early design work (RIBA 1‑3 about 75%), requires Revit/AutoCAD/SketchUp proficiency, English fluency, and a strong portfolio. This is a fully remote position with CET/UK hours and no visa sponsorship.
