Naked & Thriving, an organic skincare brand, is seeking a Customer Support Manager to lead best-in-class service. You will ensure quality support, develop insights to enhance customer experience, and manage team performance through KPIs and coaching.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience in customer support management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role is 100% remote and requires fluency in English.
