Remote Customer Support Team Coach

Clipboard is seeking a Worker Operations Team Lead to coach and guide a 200+ member team responsible for the worker side of our marketplace. This role focuses on delivering high-quality coaching, performance feedback, and process improvements while staying hands-on with customer issues.

You will champion metrics, drive SMART goals, and develop staff through coaching logs, escalation handling, and team-building activities in a fully remote setting across EST/PST hours.
