Remote Customer Support Specialist — Growth & Impact

TalentPop App is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will handle inquiries via email, phone, live chat and social media, assist customers with orders, shipping, product details and returns.

The right candidate speaks fluent English, has at least 1 year of online customer service experience, and uses tools like Zendesk or Shopify. A stable home office setup is preferred.
