Remote Creative Technologist & Vibe Coder

The Decision Lab is seeking a Vibe Coder / Creative Technologist to join our remote team. You will bridge design, engineering, and behavioral science to ship interactive web experiences at scale, including high-traffic tools and AI-powered workflows.

Based in Manila, you will collaborate with designers and senior partners to move concepts from napkin sketches to production-ready applications using Next.js/React, Tailwind CSS, and Python, with a bias toward rapid delivery and polished UI.
