Remote, Contract-based Florida Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney Opportunity – 10+ Hours/Week

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Florida Commercial/Business Litigation Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week. Attorney Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience practicing commercial and business litigation in Florida Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar Strong experience handling commercial and business litigation matters from inception through trial or resolution Experience drafting complaints, answers, affirmative defenses, motions, memoranda, and other complex litigation pleadings Strong motion practice and legal research skills Experience managing all phases of discovery, including drafting and responding to written dis...
