Remote Compliance Lead: Payments & Financial Crime

fena, a FCA-authorised payment institution, is seeking a Compliance Manager to own day-to-day compliance across PSRs and UK financial crime obligations. This remote-first role reports to the CEO and offers either full-time or part-time engagement.

You will lead the compliance monitoring, KYB/KYC, AML/CTF program, and regulatory reporting, with scope to evolve the function as the business expands into new products and jurisdictions.
