Remote Clinical Study Manager for AI Training

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to oversee the operational execution of clinical trials and contribute to training AI models built on real-world clinical data. This fully remote, flexible contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and collaboration with a global team.

You will manage trial timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional coordination with CROs and research partners, while identifying risks and communicating progress to stakeholders throughout the trial lifecycle.
