Remote Client Operations Coordinator

Petra Spark is seeking an experienced information coordinator to ensure every client specification is complete before production begins. You will track quotes, artwork, dielines, and packing details, keeping our ERP as the single source of truth.

You will chase missing information, translate client requirements into production briefs (Mandarin a plus), and coordinate with the China team to ensure no translation gaps.
