Position Overview

Caring Transitions of Schenectady is seeking a compassionate and relationship-driven Part-Time Business Development Representative. This role focuses on building referral relationships within the senior services community and generating qualified leads for our transition services.

This is a relationship-building role centered around serving seniors and families during downsizing, relocation, estate sales, and home cleanouts.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, self-motivated, and comfortable initiating conversations both in person and by phone.
