Remote Bilingual Customer Support Specialist – Spanish/English

TalentPop App is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish/English) to support customers via voice and chat. You will troubleshoot issues, resolve inquiries, and personalize interactions to strengthen relationships, all while working remotely with a flexible, international team.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of remote customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication, and fluency in Spanish and English. Prior use of Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify is a plus.
