Remote Bilingual CN/EN Customer Support Specialist

LE001 ModSquad, Inc. is seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. As the first point of contact, you will assist customers with account questions, billing inquiries, and various platform-related issues through inbound messaging in both Chinese and English.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple customer conversations and a strong ability to solve complex issues quickly. This role involves flexible working hours with at least 25 hours of weekly availability, including weekends.
