Remote Backend Engineer - Fintech APIs (Portugal)

BJAK is seeking backend engineers to build the core systems behind its AI Neobank app, creating reliable APIs and scalable financial product infrastructure for millions of users. You will own backend quality across reliability, security, latency, and data integrity while collaborating with product, frontend, mobile, and AI teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in APIs, databases, authentication, and integrations, with fintech or payments experience seen as a strong plus.
