Cross Border Talents is expanding its global recruitment operations and seeks an Asia Market Talent Acquisition Freelancer to join the team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for multilingual and BPO roles across Asian markets, working remotely and autonomously.

The ideal candidate has proven experience recruiting in Asia, knowledge of regional job boards and sourcing channels, and can dedicate at least 30 hours per week. English fluency is required; additional Asian languages are a plus.
