Role Overview
We’re looking for an AI Video Editor Team Lead who is equal parts strong leader, project manager, systems builder, and editing geek — someone who knows how to automate workflows and achieve business goals through videos that actually sell.
You will take a team of 3 to 7 editors and elevate them through mature management, strict quality control, and deep AI integration.
