Alignerr offers a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role focused on building, evaluating, and improving AI-generated code. You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert-level feedback to make AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable.

You’ll work hands-on on real coding tasks, design challenging prompts, and discuss engineering quality across diverse languages and problem domains while maintaining independent, asynchronous work rhythms.
