Remote AI Software Engineer — Shape Next‑Gen Code

Alignerr is seeking a Software Engineer (AI Training) to help train AI systems to think like developers. You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to improve code quality and safety. This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract.

You can work independently on your own schedule, with 10–40 hours per week and the chance for ongoing projects. You will work on cutting‑edge AI projects, evaluate AI-generated code across languages, and influence how AI writes,
