Remote AI Safety Expert (EN/UR) - Contract

Mercor is seeking AI Safety Experts to work remotely on a contract basis, focusing on bilingual English and Urdu proficiency.

You will red-team conversational AI models, annotate failures, and document findings to help customers mitigate risks. The role requires strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders and the ability to work asynchronously on multiple projects for various clients in AI safety testing.
