Job Summary
The Remedial Officer is responsible for handling, monitoring, and negotiating loan restructurings for defaulting clients. Reporting directly to the Asset Recovery Division Head, this role involves cross-departmental coordination to manage account statuses, payment schedules, and required documentation.
How You Will Contribute
- Client Negotiation & Restructuring: Directly negotiate with defaulting clients, arrange payment schedules, and handle/monitor loan restructurings in coordination with the Marketing and Operations Divisions.
- Document & Account Management: Ensure defaulting clients submit all necessary paperwork and continuously monitor all endorsed accounts.
- Team & Functional Leadership: Supervise the Remedial Assistant and carry out other adhoc tasks that may be assigned.
