Relief Security Officer

We are seeking an experienced SIA Licensed Security Officer to provide holiday and sickness cover across multiple client premises.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall surveillance, conduct regular patrols, and record activities as per Corps and client requirements.
• Ensure correct briefing, sign‑in and sign‑out of visitors and contractors.
• Record entry and exit of deliveries, process paperwork in accordance with quality procedures.
• Carry out patrols to required standards, set and unset alarm systems for out‑of‑hours security when applicable.
• Comply with waste management procedures.
• Complete required documents including daily occurrence log, shift handover, incident/accident records and site‑specific reports.
• Review Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments and other safety documents; advise Duty Manager or client personnel on recommended improvements.
